I asked a while ago about this and it has slipped into oblivion so I thought I would throw it out again.
Prior to the separation of forums we could log into the forums without going through MYVerizon. With the new forum, we CAN still do this, however, the newest message (highlighted pink) is not shown on the screen. The top of the page that HAS the new message is shown, due to the header being added last in the page loading process.
Now if I log into the forums through logging onto MyVerizon all works well. But I was thinking today, I am not all that thrilled leaving MyVerizon open (basically my phone account and all associated info) while I roam the forums.
Will the page loading issue ever be corrected so I will not need to log into MyVerizon every time to visit the forums and I can go back to visiting through community.vzw.com?

Take a screen shot of that and post it. If this is the same issue I'm thinking of, they are investigating it.

The top photo is how topics come up if I am logged in MYVerizon and access the forums.
The image below shows where the newest message is if I am not logged into the forum through MyVerizon. (I want to add, I chose a topic with only 2 msgs to see an example. The new message could be 7 msgs down the list)
At forums.vzw.com. (Residential forum) I can log in without going through MyVerizon and the newest messages show correctly, first on the screen.
Thanks for posting the screenshots so we could see what's happening on your end. That issue is still being looked into. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon, though!
Hello. I cannot get to the forums at all using the email address I have already in the system. It keeps telling me that the email address already exists; pick a new one. I tried calling customer service and was told she couldn't replicate the problem. I had to set up a fake email address to get in. Please help! I tried both being logged in and logged out of myverizon. I have a screen shot but can't figure out how to attach. I'm finding no way around this. Thank you.
