I have to agree with the I HATE the verizon site!  I have come here before to ask a couple of questions that were never answered. (And please don't ask me what or when....it's been too long ago)

I came in earlier in the week because I am having problems with Verizon Cloud on my PC.  All I go was a summary of my usage. Couldn't find anywhere to actually ask about my problem.

Then tonight I wanted to ask about a messaging and spam problem.  I finally went into the forums to ask my question, because the last time I asked for tech support, the first thing they said after asking my number and name was that I would be charged $35 to talk to this tech person. So tonight I find my way to where I hoped was the right place to ask my question. After submitting it, I got some pop up asking if maybe I wasn't sure this should be in the discussion group instead. So, I thought "Sure...whatever helps me with this long standing problem."  So, I submitted it to discussions.  As soon as I did that, I got another pop up insinuating my question should be a question and I had 15 minutes to change it from 'discussion' to 'questions'. Guess what. After running in circles, it ended up in discussions anyway.  Then I started looking for a place to give feedback on my "customer service", and nothing! Your post was the closest thing I could find for the feedback. I have one more payment for my iPhone5S to be paid off. I get weekly emails from Verizon to upgrade, which I really want to go to an iPhone 6S Plus. But you can be certain I will be asking my friends who they use as a carrier first!
