It is a bug in the Jive platform used by this forum. I don't recall exactly how it can be fixed, but an administrator of the community will likely have to do something on their end.

We can only use ie 9 at work so this is bullshit. Its been over 2 months
that I cannot use the board except on my phone. They need to fix that along
with their phone service
Actually I can use all the browsers including IE9. go into settings, internet options, clear cache and cookies and websites
Restart the browser. You should be able to access Verizon with no problems.
