Verizon Employee switched to ranking?

I have noticed that Lee-Lee name (here) used to be all red and was noted that the person was a employee of Verizon Wireless (excluding the signature). Now Lee-Lee's name turned into the Bronze ranking which is apart of community members. The name should be like MorganB's name or Kimberly_Nicole.   What's up with that?  Is that how it is supposed to be for now on or a glitch?
