You Can Log into your router (Via) Myfiosgateway.com Or By using Standard IP address which is (192.168.1.1) Log in using your ADMIN password which is located on the side or back of your Router, Which should be with your WI-FI Password. Once Inside your Router Navigate to (Advanced) Then Click on ( Monitoring) And you will see the Option For (Bandwidth Monitoring)

 

P.S..... This is Not the same As Data Usage..... I hope this helps everyone..... Thanks
