After being on the phone with Verizon Customer service for an hour and be transferred a couple times they hang up! WTF? They pretended like they couldn't hear my son or I on the phone with them after a few minutes and just hung up! Solution NOT resolved after an hour and they can't call back? They know both of our cell #'s because they verified it at least a dozen times!
So now I have to start the process all over again on my Saturday because of their incompentencies!
Watch your bill too! They add charges all the time and unless you catch it they will continue to tack them on. Then you have to wait another month to get it fixed and call them back again because they can't add and subtract correctly!
Who can I file a complaint with besides the BBB? This is ridiculous and only a piece of the entire story which I don't want to bore everyone with since I'm sure all of you have had similar problems with their incompetent CSR's!
BTW..I tried to post a Blog and Verizon wouldn't let me...said I may be signed out and contact their system administrator..Seriously??!!!
