Weird tooltip on Poster name

Dear Verizon Wireless Team,

 

Whenever I hover the mouse over the message poster name next to the message I just get only 

 

Temporarily Unavailable

 

This had been prevailing for a long time since now. Am I the only one encountering this or is there some one also facing an issue? Any account related setting that is interfering with the display?

They were fixed and now they are broken again.

Hi deepaknet,

 

This feature is having a little trouble and it's being worked on. It may be taken down for a short period of time until the bugs can be fixed but don't worry, it will return! It's not just you, and nothing to do with your account settings. Hope this helps!
