Wow! So I get this hate text from Verizon having to do w/ my verizon pix account. Unless you do this on a regular basis, trying to navigate this site is just one nightmare after another. Every attempt to get anywhere or find a solution leads to another effort [on their part] to try and sell me something!!! Just trying to post to a forum here took me about 20 minutes of mousing/clicking around. Meanwhile, Rome burns, right? Yep, says they've now deleted my pix account because apparently I don't satisfy their pix addiction quota. I don't know ... I've about had it w/ Verizon.... but for their wonderful crews handling the copper lines, the wireless side seems entirely out of touch. 'Contact Us' is about as big a chasing your tail experience as one might ever dare to explore. Pretty cool... they text you telling you to go to your pix account but then you either can't find it or get into it. Oh, I'm sure... it's hidden among one of many hundreds of drop down menus... very cool... let's take a day off and play clue w/ whoever the perv is that designed this site. NOT! I'll stop... I've got to get back to work.

Clearly, this is not the case per your posting. May I ask do you use your pix place account via My Verizon? If not then the account expires is there's inactivity. Keep in mind that this is a free service to our customers and can be reactivated at anytime. May I ask what other concerns are you having with our website? If you are trying to make any account changes online then please advise as I'm eager to assist.

I will say the re-design of the MyVerizon account has taken me some time to get used to and figure out.
