delete profile name

How can I delete my profile, was searching the community forum and thought it was asking me to login and it was actually wanting me to create a profile name which is now my phone number. I've tried edit profile and verizon customer service with no success. Thank you

A moderator will need to change your profile name if you are wanting to keep the current profile.
