"Bad request" in community when using Chrome or FF

I just started with the Verizon Wireless Community.

Whenever I use Chrome or Firefox, I get the following message most of the time (not quite all the time):

Bad request

Your browser sent a query this server could not understand.

When I click the down-arrow next to my name, I get a red banner saying:

The content that you requested could not be displayed due to an error. You may have been signed out. If this problem persists please contact your system administrator. Click here to refresh this page.

When I use Edge, it seems to work okay.

What is the problem here?

Is your community profile linked to your MyVerizon account login or are you using a community only ID login?

I am using my My Verizon id to log on. I never registered for the community separately.

Hi vknowles​,

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue!  The Bad Request error in Chrome is a known issue, but the second error you're receiving isn't something we've seen before.  Can you please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and see if that solves the problem?
