I signed up for AMC+ and Netflix on plus play. I never got a link to activate either channel, but apparently on their end it shows that I have both activated. On my end it shows nothing. I have contacted the Verizon chat 4 times to get this resolved and they can’t help me. They said they escalated the problem and I’d hear back in 5-7 days. That was two weeks ago. Last they told me to go to a store but from what I understand there is no tech support at the store.
