Cannot access any of my bundled streaming like Disney+

I, like so many am not being able to access my Disney account. I’ve tried multiple ways, can’t get into it. it just keeps telling me that I need to pay. I even canceled and resubscribed through Verizon, even though it was supposed to be included in my phone bill, but it still will not give me access no matter what I do I’m about to just cancel it and try it through Disney
