Cannot use my Play More's included Disney+/ESPN/Hulu bundle.

My account says The Disney Bundle perk for my Play More pan is active. However all three services in the bundle keep asking me to pay for the services and are not acknowledging my active perk from Verizon at all. I've tried logging in with the email my Verizon account uses and I've tried another email linked to the account.
I have spent months back and fourth with verizon support trying to get this perk to work but. none of the representatives know what to do and all keep reading me the same troubleshooting script that the last one did. Each conversation concluded to them "opening tickets" and that I should here back within the month. I have even gone as far as contacting Disney's technical support and they said they could not find any account linked to the reference number my The Disney Bundle perk gives me saying that it's active.
I'm so tired customer support lying to me. I'm honestly probably going to switch to T-Mobile once the new iPhones come out if this issue is not fixed by then. So if anyone know how I can reset or fix my The Disney Bundle perk I'd seriously love to know.
