Disney Bundle Email issues

I have been having some trouble setting up my disney bundle, which has been in our plan for a while. When trying to add my email to the bundle for hulu and disney, i could not find an option to do so. It was activated some time ago by Verizon but never had an email connected to it. I have looked up countless tutorials online and have followed the steps on the MyVerizon app, however its all pointless since there is no setup option available. When i click "Manage Disney Bundle" in Services and Perks, all i get is a list of the lines that are eligible, and a small text box giving me info for my Ref# and the email which is meant to be connected to the account. I have looked high and low for ways to add my email and cant seem to find anything, not even the apparent " 'Set up' or Register' next to Disney+" option thats meant to be there.

It was a promotional offer included with the unlimited plan.

Gotcha. In this case, if the perk is giving you the option to manage the perk, it means that an account was already associated with the app. If you don't recall the email that you used, it will be necessary to reach out to the Disney+ support for additional assistance.
