How do I sign up for the 6 month free trial of Disney+ Premium on my TV? I could follow steps for phone/tablet, but I really only want it on my TV. Can anyone help?

My Verizon app: From the top menu, choose Account, then Add-Ons. Scroll to Disney+ Premium (No Ads) then tap Manage. Your reference number is under "Important Information." My Verizon website: From the top menu, choose Plan, then Add-ons and apps.
