Disney+ account has locked me out and asks for a login.  Do I use my Verizon login to access my promotional Disney+ service or is that just a promtion used by Verizon to get people to sign up?  It actually worked for about a month but now asks for a login.  Service should be until May.

I know my household with my two young children would fall apart if we didn't have Disney+ working. When you signed up, you would have been prompted to enter an email address to establish your Disney+ account.
