Loss of Disney bundle perk

I've been a Verizon customer for 29 years. A month ago today, an email message from Verizon stated my Disney Bundle perk had been canceled. There's a nightmare story I will not explain in detail here, but more than 15 calls initiated by me, online chats and over 9 hours on the phone,  and multiple unfulfilled promises for calls back from Verizon and the perk has not been restored even though it shows as active on my account. Does anyone have tips on how to elevate and get the ticket resoved?

Issue resolved after a month and a day. Very long story short is a Verizon customer service rep named Earbinique asked me to describe the issue again but then walked me through a relatively short sequence of steps and succeeded in resolving Disney bundle access where MANY staff members before her failed (everyone was polite, just ineffective). The only takeaway I can offer is to persist and don't give in to frustration.
