Netflix +Max with ads still pending

It’s been a week and it’s  still showing pending which is preventing me from updating my Netflix plan to the one with ads

Butterfly512, we're sorry about the issues with your Netflix and Max with ads still showing as pending. Were you able to create your Max account or are you having issues with both?

I was able to setup the max but both Netflix and max are still showing pending and I am unable to switch my Netflix to the one with ads
