So I’m new to Verizon and I added on the perk Netflix & max (with ads) but it’s been pending for almost three hours. Is that normal or is there a problem with it that I don’t know about?

Great question. Customers can manage their Perks from you My Verizon App or from My Verizon online.

I signed up for Netflix and max too and I get this message.

It may take additional time to complete. Refresh this page for current status. it's been over a day and no change. I don't know what's going on. I went too a Verizon store and they can't figure it out either.
