Problem with the Disney Bundle that Verizon has been unable to resolve

I have the 5G GET More plan that is advertised to include the Disney Bundle.  Previously I had a plan that included only Disney+ for 6 months at no additional cost.  After the plan change I canceled Disney+ multiple times but it's still shows on my account and a charge of $10.99/month.  Disney says it is not active and I have not been charged for it the last couple of months. The Disney bundle worked for a couple weeks after multiple calls to Verizon.  Then it stopped.   I unsubscribed from the bundle  with the intent to resubscribe to re-set everything.  The option for the Disney Bundle is not  available on my Web account or the app.  Many calls (and hours) and tickets form Verizon's customer service has not resolved the problem.  The last two times, I was promised call backs and that never happened.  Has anyone else had similar problems?  Any suggestions are welcome as I am so disgusted with Verizon.

The problem has still not been resolved but another ticket has been prepared.  I was told the other tickets were all closed without resolution.
