Suddenly unable to access Disney+

Two months ago I was suddenly unable to access Disney, Hulu, or ESPN. I have made 6 calls, spending over 15 hours, being passed between Verizon and the three media companies. I see that other customers have had the same issues and Disney tells me multiple people have had the same issue. Verizon has issued two "tickets" to investigate the issue with promise of a call back, but never contacted. I am livid that they are taking my monthly payment and yet the three companies tell me my account is cancelled even though it is active on Verizon site. Ready to cancel the Disney+ and perhaps my Verizon phone after 24 years as a Verizon customer.
