Uanble to purchase Peacock and Netflix offer emailed to me

Can anyone  tell me why I cannot redeem this offer? And why Verizon would email it to me, if I cannot access it. Bizarre,

Oh, and why are the two different  chat agents unable to help. And why does it need me to speak to 4 different people on the phone ?

2 hours later, the fourth one I spoke to raised a ticket - and said someone would get back to  me in 24 hours. That was on Friday..... guess what? Nothing. Utterly hopeless

I have had the same issues. Regretably, it appears that Verizon does not knows how to fix. Coincidentally, I am in the DC area as well.
