Want to add extra user to netflix (starz Netflix promo)

Hello, I got the starz for a year and free Netflix promo. I deactivated the Netflix switch so that I wouldn't get charged at the end of the year. But now I'm trying to RE activate it so I can input payment information and it's grayed out. I can't do anything. Says it's waiting for RE activation but it's been weeks. I called Verizon and they said they opened support ticket but I got no confirmation or any email. 

All I want to do is add user to the Netflix account so I can play it at my house as it is identified at mom's. I contacted Netflix and they said they couldn't do anything as its all managed by Verizon +play. Please help. Thank you.

I've had the same issue since I signed up for the annual promo. I was only told by a verizon rep that i could share my password and not be billed extra.

Which worked fine for a few months, now netflix prompts with "Update the current household" whenever my extra user wants to watch something.
