Hi, I have tried several times to subscribe to this offer, unsuccessfully.
I log in, I see the offer showing on my account, i click on it, it asks me to sign in even if I am already signed in, then the offer disappears.
I chatted several times, they logged the problem and gave me a ticket number, but never came back to me with any kind of answers.
Can someone at Verizon customer service please help me and get me signed up before the offer expires?
