According to the Internet, WZME was sold to another broadcasting company.

On 4/1, they moved ME TV to 43.2 and added Story TV to 43.1

So unless Fios gets a deal with the new station to carry both channels, you will only have Story TV.

If it is worth anything, you should be able to catch it on an antenna.

MeTV Plus (WJLP-DT8) New Jersey/New York in Middletown NJ also carries MeTV Plus in the New York/ New Jersey area. Its main channel carries MeTV with MeTV plus being on a subchannel. In fact Verizon carries MeTV from WJLP on ch 503. They might be the better station to request MeTV Plus to be carried on Fios.

Concerning the sale of WZME, while it is true the station was sold the buyer was the owner of MeTV.

On September 1, 2021, WZME was sold to Weigel Broadcasting. MeTV programming returned to the station via Weigel's MeTV Plus on September 27, 2021. On April 1, 2022, MeTV Plus on DT1 was replaced with Story Television.

So MeTV's owner is responsible for the removal of MeTV plus from Fios.

Weigel Broadcasting owns both METV+ and Story Television . Therefore it was their choice to change the programming from one of their formats (METV+) to another(Story Television). I think we agree this was a poor decision but there is nothing we can do about it other than write Weigel Broadcasting
