Better Call Saul on demand only episode 2, not #

Last night neither of the first 2 episodes were available. No big deal. Tonight episode 2 IS available on demand but not episode 1. Why is that?

Same here.  Just another in the long list of let downs from VZ VOD.  This sort of thing happens all the time and demonstrates that there is no QA process and little concern for quality of service.
