Biggest Loser didn't record

I live in Keller, TX and the Biggest Loser didn't record off of NBC. I verified that it was on the list to record at 7:00 pm but nothing happened.  We also contacted two other families with Verizon Fios TV and it didn't record at their house either.  Does anyone know what happened?

I noticed tonight that none of our shows were recording either.  The DVR wouldn't even start to record when pushing the rec button.  So, I pulled the plug out of the wall and killed the power to the DVR. I plugged it back in. I pressed power and all of a sudden two shows started recording.  It only takes a reboot.   Great.  I didn't have to do this with Directivo.
