Channels go black

I recently had fios tv installed, I'll be watching a channel and all of a sudden it goes black.  I have to toggle the channel up and down to get the channel back.  This happens at least two or three times a day.  Any fix??

Its a known issue. its being worked on. but for now. what your doing is the only solution at this time
