I'm getting choppy sound and video on various channels but only during local (I believe) commercials. Normal commercials and TV shows are fine. Thought maybe it was signal strength, but then why would it be just on local commercials? Its annoying because the choppiness is tough to have to listen too; I often change the channel just to get away from it. Any ideas? Does Verizon's signal strength or content quality drop during their local commercials?
