Hello,

One of my TVs doesn't change channels.  I just got a new remote and a new box from Verizon.  Strangely, it is already programmed for my TV (it can turn it on and off), and it also can turn the cable thingy on and off.  However, it doesn't change channels.  I looked for codes to enter, but didn't find any.

Help!

If you can't change the set top box channels it sounds like the remote is no good.

Push the cable button or the CBL button on the remote then try it
