You are the third person to post about the time change affecting series recordings. The other two are ca_spartan and jtothex. No one has posted a solution yet. I responded to their posts by suggesting an STB Auto Correct. But neither of them have replied with whether they've tried it already and if it did any good. If you'd like to try it I'll leave the instruction below.
I've seen this happen to individual series, but not all at once. Sometimes the Guide shows a scheduled recording, but the DVR menu does not, or vice versa. It won't let you set up individual recordings because it claims to already be set up. But you don't actually know whether a show will be recorded until it starts. Short of canceling and then rescheduling each series, give this "cure all" a try when you are not currently recording something:
Choose one of the following (they are all the same):
Menu > Customer Support > Fix FiOS TV Issues
Menu > Customer Support > In-Home Agent > Fix FiOS TV Issues
Menu > Customer Support > In-Home Agent > Set Top Box Auto Correction
Regardless of which option you choose, they all lead you to the same place. After entering the Set Top Box Auto Correction menu, use the navigation arrows to highlight Auto Correct My STB/DVR, then press the OK button, then press the Right Arrow button. On the second page use the navigation arrows to highlight your DVR, press the OK button, then press the Right Arrow button again. Now on the third screen press the Right Arrow again. Your DVR will reset. Check your Scheduled Recordings.

I can confirm that your fix works for the time problems on the recordings. It was a very odd problem - a few things taped but 90% of our shows for the week did not. Thought everybody was taking a vacation alongside Colbert and Stewart! Repair through menu fixed it.
