ERROR CODE EF01 on STB HD DVR QIP 7216 P2 in Den

HDMI 1 VZ TV INPUT NO SIGNAL

HDMI 4  from SONY BLU RAY CD DVR PLAYER to TV  working

Can get to Internet and watch NETFLIX

Have tried 3 different HDMI cables from 7216 P2 to Den TV

Still get ERROR CODE EF01

In Bedroom

HD QIP 7100-1 and TV working Can Watch Live TV and shows recorded on 7216 P2 even when receiving

ERROR CODE EF01.

Is there a “remote” fix by VZ Techs that will solve this Problem or do I get another HD DVR ?

UPDATE

Later yesterday tried a 4 th HDMI cable

ALL TV functions working again.

Went to System LIBRARIES

All 9 items had Load Times Dates 2018-03-04
