External Hard Drive Storage Amount

Before the last FIOS upgrade, I was able to view storage of both my internal DVR and the external hard drive attached to it. Now I just get one message which I can only assume is for the DVR itself, as it says your DVR is 92% full, with no mention of any external drive.  As far as I can tell it still shows my drive is activated, but there is no indication of whether it is actually working or not.

Can you try this on the remote control,  Press "Menu"  ->  "DVR" ->  "Configure and Upgrade" -> "Enable more storage"  toggle that function off and on. Then unplug the external hard drive and then plug it back in. Some times when the guide updates, it will set that function to default and that default is set to off.
