I have tried using the FIOS TV Central link several times to send an email on this but get no response.
In the Philadelphia area, Comcast Sportsnet HD channel #576 DOES NOT show up on the FIOS TV Central TV listings. Therefore, the wonderful ability to remote DVR DOES NOT WORK since the channel simply does not exist in the listings.
Very frustrating considering I have emailed the site 3 times over the past 5 weeks and not gotten any response.
Anyone know of this as an issue? A search of the board didn't turn anything up...
Hey FishAcura...what zip code are you using? I used 19131 and I see it in the Fios TV channel line-up? I pasted a copy of all the channels listed under "C" in the channel lineup for the Philly area. If you zip code is not 19131 please tell me what it is via private message if you like, so I can look into it for you. Thanks!

Constance -
I see the same thing using zip code 18901. It is in the pull-down channel list, but not in the grids.
Constance - the poster is referring to the channel lineup on Verizon.com/FiosTVCentral, the one used to remotely set DVRs. It is different than the channel lineup on the main Verizon site.

That is absolutely correct ekem015. And to date I have not been able to find anyone who can address this....very frustrating....
