FIOS TV One - Set-top box goes into idle mode after a period of inactivity

I recently upgraded my service to "FIOS TV One".  The Verizon technician swapped out the large ONT box in my closet for a much smaller device as well as replacing my set-top box/DVR with a smaller unit and a new remote with voice control.

I ran into an issue with my TV service going into IDLE mode after a period of inactivity.

I want to share the solution I found.

Press the Menu button on the Remote. Then navigate as follows:

Settings--> System-->Fios TV One Settings-->Auto Power Off

The newer firmware limited the choices and removed the never option. What you could do is record 6 or 8 hours of a show and play that back when you leave. The Box shouldn't turn off during the replay.
