My Tv says it does not have a signal to check all connections. All connections were checked and intack. My box also has the wrong time on it.

Basically that means that the STB is not receiving a signal. Check to make sure the coax is connected to the coax in on the back of the STB. If it is then you have either a bad splitter or coax. If you can trace the coax make sure that the other end is connected and screwed on tightly to the splitter. If there are no problems detected then you will have to call Verizon to send out a technician.

Wrong time means no signal at all. Most likely your ONT has failed and you are going to have to have a tech come out and replace it. You are going to have to either chat with tech support or call and talk to them. They will run a few tests and if they can't get signal to your ONT they will set up an appointment with you for a tech to come out. There is no charge for them to replace the ONT. There are only charges if the issue ends up being on your end, but if you aren't getting signal at all then it's most likely your ONT failed.
I recently had to have my ONT replaced and had the same issue, but my failure was because of a lightning surge that fried it.
