Fios vs YouTube TV picture quality

Anyone compared the video quality of FiOS TV vs YouTube TV? We tried a Playstation Vue trial a few years back, and the FiOS quality was quite frankly much better. I'm guessing Sony was compressing the signal way more than even Verizon is.
