What is your Verizon Plan?
Ive had Verizon Fios for going on 3 months now. I have yet to get discouraged with anything. Even after recieving my 1st bill and calling customer service, Im a satisfied customer so far:) issues with my 1st bill were handled appropriately. But on my xtra TV's, with the small rented boxes I don't get info on what Im watching (like name of show/movie), Is that normal. I also don't get the guide with the smaller xtra rented boxes.
The small boxes you are talking about are just digital adapters. There is no guide or info with them. They are simply to receive channels. You would have to upgrade them to set top boxes or quantum tv if you want the guide. It will of course cost more though.
If they are DCT700 boxes you should get just the time and channel number that is normal. If they are any other model number then you have an issue somewhere.
