Fox Sports 2 should be available in HD

Is there any chance that Fios will have Fox Sports 2 in HD? I am watching the Daytona 24 hour race and after seeing the first 2 hours in HD on Fox I had to switch to Fox Sports 2 for the next 5 hours. This is like going from the 21st century to the 19th century. It would seem that with the fiber optic bandwidth available it would seem to be a no-brainer that both Fox Sports channels would be available in HD like ESPN and ESPN2.

It would also be great if Fox Soccer plus was available in HD since the subscription for this one channel is $14.99 per month.

Of the major carriers, I think only Directv and AT&T currently offer Fox Sports 2 in HD. Hopefully FiOS will follow suit, though I'd rather they offer CBS Sports Network in HD first, if they have an internal pecking order.

They put alot of great events on the FS2 SD channel. They really need to add the FS2 HD channel for the overflow programming. I'm a fan of UFC, NASCAR & European soccer, and alot of these events are unwatchable on the SD channel. Please Verizon, give us FS2 HD!!

When are we going to get FS2 in HD?  This is ridiculous!  I'm switching to DTV if they can't do it so I can finally watch UFC in HD.

I called Verizon about Fox Sports 2 on HD. Their only sensible answer is if there are enough customers who request Fox Sports 2 on HD.

Does Verizon read the posts on these forums?

No. This and most of the forums are meant to be PEER TO PEER.  Except for a team of admins who read them, but usually are restricted in what they can respond, it is not a place were Verizon looks for things.

About the only exception is the exchange Idea forum http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Verizon-Idea-Exchange/ct-p/ideaexchange which is where this request belongs (and I think already is)
