When I house sit for people, I sometimes go to check if they have any premium channels. Instead of checking the channels themselves this time, I went to the on demand section and checked out Game of Thrones. However, there was no notification of "You are not currently subscribed to this channel" thing; it just went into playing the show.
However, they do not have a subscription to HBO. I checked the actual channels and there was the usual screen saying that you are not subscribed to HBO.
Does anyone know if there is a promo going around for free HBO on demand? Or if there is some way of getting HBO on demand without getting the channels?
