HD Homerun Prime and HBO issue

I have been using an HD Homerun prime tuner with my WIndows 7 pc for a few weeks. I can view premium channels like showtime but not HBO. I called tech support and was told that cablecards do not support MPG 4 / h264 encoding?? however my Tivo Premiere has no issues with HBO. Any help is appreciated.

It's a Verizon issue and the lack of knowledge on how Mcard suppose to work. I'm having the same issue and got it to work one time.

Please check your Summary on your Homerun Prime

 

Should say - Card Activation success

 

And not this:
