HD TV issue

We unplugged tv during storm yesterday, plugged back in and are getting a message in top left corner that says HTML 1920 X 1080 and it pops up about every 4 minutes or so and tv goes to black screen for couple seconds..How can this be fixed

Just a thought. HTML 1920 x 1080 is normally is the web(internet). Hyper Text Markup Language. It is possible you don’t have your tv as tv, but on web browser.

check your tv first.

Check connections from TV to STB.

Maybe try disconencting and reconnecting HDMI cable.

Or try another HDMI port on TV.

What model STB?
