I have all my HD VOD from premium channels playing in SD only. Not even offering the HD although I can watch it live on the HD channels. The non-premium channels like FX and TNT work fine. I also can go on my Fire TV and go to the On Demand app for the premium channels and it plays fine in HD. For the price of movie channels, its horrible that I have to use On Demand HBOgo or StarzGo to watch movies instead of through my Fios setup box. I'm about done with Fios.

Why do you think VOD is in SD?
Verizon has said they no longer offer VOD content in SD.
