Will you please make the Hallmark Movie Channel available to subscribers of your Tier 2 Extreme HD package. It is available for your Tier 1 and Tier 3 packages, but not Tier 2. That makes absolutely no sense to me or any of the folks at Verizon that I've spoken with.
Thanks
This was a huge issue last summer, and if you research the threads available, you will see that it raised the ire of many. Here is a sample:
Many of us were on the old Extreme package and felt that we should have been "grandfathered" and allowed to keep the channels when the "new" Extreme was created. The inclusion of the deleted channels at the lower price package was confusing, since one normally receives more product for higher priced tier packages, but not so in this case. The feedback was quite negative, and I discovered during a trip to my local Verizon store that Verizon would reinstate the channels upon request, but only then. I do not know if that policy is still in effect, and if you are a newer customer, you likely wouldn't qualify anyway. The placement of these channels relative to the tiers does still remain a mystery.
