I got a new Samsung TV which has a picture in picture mode which I would love to use.
I have it set up (somewhat). In the main picture, it's showing the signal from my set top box. In the second picture, it's showing the signal from my antenna - this is because the second signal needs to be from a different source.
I ran an auto-scan to search for antenna channels and it only came back with 11 results. Local channels 7, 44, and 62 (a few variations of each which is why there is a total of 11). Needless to say, those channels are very limiting.
Is there a way to add cable channels to my antenna signal - even if done manually? With only 3 channels, it's going to defeat the purpose of picture in picture mode.

You will only get locals.
So depending on where you live, that may be all you get.
You should get whats in the 460-500 range plus 500-536 or so.
Make sure you have your TV input set to cable tv not antenna.
