Huge Audio Glitch in TF3

So I just rented Transformers Dark of the Moon On Demand tonight and the first 2 hours of the movie worked great.

In the last 20 minutes, the audio started skipping very badly then completely died. I rebooted the set-top box, reset the router and restarted the movie (also it sucked that there were no chapters and I could only fast forward at 2X). This is a totally unacceptable user experience. I want my $4.99 back. 

And, no, it was not my TV.  As soon as I exited out of the movie, the audio worked fine. If I went back to the beginning of the movie, the audio worked fine.
