How can i remap my DVRs so I can use the web DVR. I am getting a BAD GATEWAY message?
try rebooting the home router first. after you get your internet light, then go to your dvr menu and select dvr troubleshooter (click the dvr button on your remote, or go to menu > dvr)
try it after you run that.
Tried that and it is still the same bad gateway.
I had this issue twice in the past and in each case for me anyhow Verizon resolved this from their end.
I would advise calling them. I assume that youare getting the 'Bad Gateway' message when trying
to schedukle a show. That is how my error occured.
