I recently had a dish network technician install splitters to multiplex and diplex verzion and dish network signals over one coax wire. Everything seemed fine but after few days, I am no longer able to see the verizon online guide on the TV. I tried resetting router and STB but no result. Please HELP!!!!
BTW, I am able to change channels via channel +/-

Not positive, but it is likely that the Dish signal is corrupting the Verizon MoCA data. MoCA is the standard that Verizon uses for their IP communications and uses frequencies above the standard cable band (950 MHz to 14. GHz depending on the MoCA channel in use). Don't know if the diplexers (more likely than a splitter) Dish installed have band limiting on the cable input side. As I said, this is just a guess as to the cause of your problem.

I am having the same issue as you. Were you able to solve your issue. Do we need a different diplexer. Help.
Dish and FIOS can not co-exist on the same Coax Cable.
You will need to have a Coax Home Run from the Verizon ONT to the Verizon Router.
Satelite tv's use a voltage on the coax to switch from odd to even transponders on the satelite. I'm more familiar with Direct tv than Dish but I assume they work the same
The Satelite system uses 12Vdc for the odd transponders and 18vdc on the even transponders. This is what "powers" the LNB on the dish.
These voltages will not allow the Verizon frequencies to work so you will not be able to share a coax between any Satelite system and Verizon.
Unfortunatly you will need to use two seperate coax. Last I heard there is no way for the two to share a line.
