Is there anyone at Verizon FiOS responsible for VOD?
Is seems there are a lot of complaints about the VOD service and not much gets done about it.
It would be nice if there was someone responsible to insure that programming is updated in a timely fashion by the channel suppliers along with an episode identification number to assist in the proper viewing sequence.
There is nothing more frustrating to watching TV shows out of sequence.
