This is ridiculous. I can't believe they could'nt work something before the NFL Playoffs. Very dissapointing. If they don't get fox back I will look to change providers.
You are right, it is a joke! I to will seriously look at going back to Time Warner. In the past Time Warner always gave you excellent customer service. However, I have never had good customer service from Verizon to date. .
Not only has Verizon lost the right to carry FOX WXXA in the Albany, NY market but now their program guide says:
"Channel Unavailable (2012)"
Does this mean we cannot count on a resolution anytime soon?
I won't put up with this nonsense indefinitely.
I can switch back to Time Warner anytime.
Verizon, if you lose me as a customer don't expect my business to return anytime soon.
I suppose it will also be prudent to switch my cell phone service from Verizon to ATT.
